Have you checked out the National University Golf Academy? A great way to find out more about this program is through their free sport psychology laboratory experiences, being held monthly at the Carlsbad and Spectrum campuses in San Diego. Upcoming laboratory experiences include:
Carlsbad campus:
February 20
9am to noon
Spectrum campus:

10am to 1pm
The labs are designed to introduce the mental skills necessary for elite performance, and to provide ideas and techniques to assist high school coaches and athletes in achieving their performance goals. Participants will learn valuable tools for athletic performance, visualization, goal setting, and team dynamics. The lab will offer both lectures and practical exercises, as well as the opportunity to develop a performance project to assist athletic and coaching excellence.
